• Calling the DCYF statewide Child Care Subsidy Contact Center at 1-844-626-8687
• Contacting their assigned Child Welfare social worker
• Completing the online application at https://www.washingtonconnection.org/ home/

Eligible Army families can follow the steps

1. Fill "Army Provider Cost Verification Form" 
2. Send the form to engage@discovery-village.com
3. The form will be completed and signed by the Director which can be submitted to CCAoA

MCCYN - Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood

Air Force/Space Force, Marine Corps, and Navy



Qualifying Military/Navy families can get fee assistance from MCCYN

1. Fill the "MCCYN FEE ASSISTANCE COST WORKSHEET'
2. Submit the form to engage@discovery-village.com
3. The form will be signed by Provider/Director
4. Submit the form to MCCYN
